End of December and the beginning of January are always good times to look back. It is also a great time to look forward…and maybe left and right!
Let’s recap:
2006 – Times were good – everyone is making money. We all should have see that this wouldn’t last forever, right? Hindsight is always 20/20.
2007 – Still good, but starting to slow down. Financing starts getting tougher.
2008 – Slowing down rapidly. Then Lehman collapses and everyone stops.
2009 – We are all waiting at the same red-light. Is the light ever going to change green again?
2010 – A couple of people treated the red light like a 4-way stop sign. Some looked both ways and braved crossing the intersection. Others kept sat idly waiting. Towards the end of 2010, a few more brave investors saw that the others made it through and tried it themselves.
2011 – So here we are. Are we going to wait for the traffic light to get fixed or are we going to treat it like a 4-way stop sign and brave the intersection?
2011 – Traffic Signal or Traffic Sign?
