Side by side – is it a recession or recovery??

At least Apartments aren’t Office! I still think it might be a little too optimistic for recover in 9 months
Industrial
At least I’m not an industrial broker! Or…maybe here is the chance to have the conversation with owners that it is not 2021-2023??
Retail
I agree with this assessment. Occupancy rates are still strong; rent growth has been consistent. Lack of new centers is providing the opportunity.
