Multifamily sales volume was nearly unchanged nationwide in the first half of 2026, but the flat headline concealed a substantial shift in where capital landed. 7 Brew wins approval to buy 36 Arizona Salad and Go locations

A federal bankruptcy judge approved the $123.5 million sale of 63 Salad and Go restaurant leases to Brew Culture LLC, the parent company of the 7 Brew drive-thru coffee chain. Fittingly, the sale approval happened on National Coffee Day.
