CHICAGO (June 24, 2013) – CCIM Institute is pleased to announce the candidacy of four outstanding members for the position of 2014 First Vice President. The election will take place at the CCIM Board of Directors meeting on October 24, 2013, in Denver, Colorado. Only the Board of Directors is eligible to vote.
Walter S. Clements, CCIM, Nicholas L. Miner, CCIM, Steven W. Moreira, CCIM, and Robin L. Webb, CCIM are vying for the role of 2014 First Vice President, a three-year term that culminates in the 2016 Institute Presidency. The President shall serve as an exofficio member of all committees, standing or otherwise, and will represent the best interests of the Institute. The President acts as chief spokesperson and inspirational leader and shall work in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer.
Since 1969, the Chicago-based CCIM Institute has conferred the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to commercial real estate and allied professionals through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements.
