Natural Grocers will open its first Phoenix store Aug. 11. The new store will be at 13802 N. Scottsdale Road. As part of its grand opening, the first 100 customers will receive a gift card up to $100. Natural Grocers already operates four Arizona stores in Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff and Prescott. SanTan Development Group will move forward on SanTan Village plaza project featuring eight new retail shops at the northeast corner of E. Pecos Boulevard and S. Market Street in Gilbert, after the town’s Design Review Board approved plans earlier this summer. Planned sizes for tenant spaces from 1,430SF to 3,500SF. Principal Asset Management is moving ahead with plans to develop a formerly commercially zoned property northeast of 32nd Street and Shea Boulevard into a modern 146-unit multifamily property after receiving approval from the Phoenix City Council last month.
