A new look at what will happen to the rental market in the city selected for Amazon’s second U.S. headquarters finds that impact on rents may not be as large as originally thought. “The ride may not be over yet,” says the NAA’s Les Shaver in describing the outlook for apartment sales this year. This after a strong first quarter’s worth of transactions, with deal volume growing more than 50% year over year, according to Real Capital Analytics.
