An RV accessory retailer is taking over the vacant Peoria Town Center complex at Peoria and Grand avenues, State Trailer RV & Outdoor Supply, STS, has bought the 173,000-square-foot vacant shopping center that formerly housed a Walmart (WMT) and Albertsons grocery store.
