An RV accessory retailer is taking over the vacant Peoria Town Center complex at Peoria and Grand avenues, State Trailer RV & Outdoor Supply, STS, has bought the 173,000-square-foot vacant shopping center that formerly housed a Walmart (WMT) and Albertsons grocery store. STS will locate a 60,000-square-foot RV parts and accessory store at the center and lease out the rest of the space, according to the city of Peoria… Read more »
Construction began on the 17,500 square foot, one-story building in June 2014 and is set to complete by the end of December.
