Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc. is planning to build two business parks totaling 1.8 million square feet on some prime chunks of land in Phoenix. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its monthly jobs report on Friday, Nov. 2, revealing that the U.S. added 250,000 jobs in October, above forecasts of 188,000 by The Wall Street Journal. Home sales in the United States look set to flatten in 2019 but prices are expected to continue rising with the market remaining stable, according to the latest forecast from real estate agents.
