Market Trend: Phoenix Industrial Vacancy Decreases to 11.9%

The Phoenix Industrial market ended the third quarter 2014 with a vacancy rate of 11.9%. The vacancy rate was down over the previous quarter, with net absorption totaling positive 1,354,917 square feet in the third quarter. That compares to positive 4,384,162 square feet in the second quarter 2014. Vacant sublease space increased in the quarter, ending the quarter at 2,122,906 square feet. The Yard Tempe Will Include New Location of Aaron May’s Over Easy
