Sam Fox, the eponymous founder of Phoenix-based Fox Restaurant Concepts⁠, has left the company. Apartment owners who have spent two years working through a wave of new supply may see relief sooner than expected. CoStar Group now projects national multifamily rent growth of 2.6% by the fourth quarter of 2027. That’s up from its earlier forecast of 1.9%.
