Scottsdale-based developer SimonCRE is under contract to purchase land in Surprise for a new retail development. Construction input prices increased 0.7% in January compared to the previous month, according to an Associated Builders and Contractors analysis of U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Producer Price Index data.
