National homebuilder Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN) is looking to build houses for future TSMC employees and others working for suppliers to the chipmaker. Lennar has submitted an application with the Arizona State Land Department for a roughly 826-acre parcel within Peoria’s Innovation Core.
