| Rent prices are ticking up, but so are the deals
Fewer apartments are sitting empty, rent prices are climbing, and yet the deals keep coming. According to the Zillow® June Rental Report, the typical U.S. asking rent rose to $1,965, up 2.2% compared to a year ago, and nearly 2 in 5 rental listings came with a concession attached.
