Developer seeks changes to Cave Creek resort plan The developer of a residential resort project planned for northeast Cave Creek has decided to withdrawal a permit request that would have allowed an equine staging facility. The developer also requested that consideration of rezoning for the project be delayed. The 220-acre project, called Enchanted Canyon, included a 5-acre staging area with a corral that would have allowed for trail riding, according to plan documents.
