Scottsdale Healthcare sells medical office space for $81 million Scottsdale Healthcare has unloaded nearly 400,000 square feet of its medical office space for $81 million. HCP Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust based in Long Beach, Calif., now owns the property. View article…

Tempe’s Agave Center sells for $23 million Westport Capital Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Wilton, Conn., recently paid $23.3 million to acquire the 27-acre Agave Center in Tempe, according to a prepared statement from Jones Lang LaSalle in Phoenix, which brokered the deal along with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. According to new statistics from STR Global, hotel occupancy in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley in June was 53.9 percent, a 3.3 percent increase from June 2011. View article…
