Carlson Hires Eastdil Secured Carlson Real Estate Company (CREC), the Minneapolis-based property owner, manager, and developer, has announced that it has hired specialty investment banking firm Eastdil Secured for analysis of its 5.5 million-square-foot portfolio. MiTek Industries expanding in Tolleson MiTek Industries Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for a 259,200-square-foot space that is being built at 7890 W. Lincoln St. in Tolleson. MiTek, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., supplies engineered products and services for the building components industry. EPA to meet with Phoenix residents on Superfund site The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday, will share results of its testing for chemical vapors in homes in the area of the contaminated former Motorola plant at 52nd Street and McDowell Road, which has been a Superfund site for decades. EPA officials said they will discuss what they could do to address risky levels of chemical vapors found in some homes in the Lindon Park neighborhood in east Phoenix. View article…
