IL PALAZZO, THE CITADELLE SELL FOR $27.3M IN GLENDALE Il Palazzo and The Citadelle, two mixed-use properties located in the master-planned community of Arrowhead Ranch in Glendale, have sold to YAM Management for $27.3 million. Il Palazzo contains 44,548 square feet of retail and medical space that is 90 percent leased. The Citadelle boasts 105,246 square feet of office and retail property that is 85 percent leased. Home Sales Prices Up in Phoenix, But It’s a Complex Picture Phoenix home prices continued to rise in April, up 25 percent over last year, although the number of homes sold declined. Existing Home Sales Fall Again, Prices Rise in May Existing home sales dropped to 4.55 million in May while the median price of an existing home rose to $182,600, the National Association of Realtors reported Thursday. The decline in the seasonally adjusted annual rate of sales was the third in the last four months and steeper than expected. Economists surveyed by Bloomberg forecast 4.57 million in sales.
