Bruckal Group buys Tempe lofts for $6.7 million Bruckal Group. purchased the Farmer Lofts, an 18-condo property located in downtown Tempe, for $6.65 million. The property was previously owned by Avatar Development Group LLC. Bruckal partnered with Synergy Properties Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia, to make the acquisition. Banner medical center planned for Goodyear Within about a year, the growing number of residents in one of the southwest Valley’s newest communities won’t need to travel roughly 17 miles for basic medical care. Milwaukee-based developer Irgens is aiming to wrap up construction of a new 18,000-square-foot medical facility in the new Estrella by Newland Communities in Goodyear before the end of next year. Phoenix No. 5 for job growth during past year The Phoenix metro area added 36,500 jobs between April of last year and the same month this year, putting it fifth in the country for total job gains. New research from On Numbers shows only New York, Houston, Dallas and Los Angeles added more jobs than Phoenix in the 12-month span, according to newly released data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Glendale shares details of deal with potential Phoenix Coyotes buyer Glendale has posted draft agreements with a potential Phoenix Coyotes buyer on the city website. The city posted the draft use agreement for the city-owned Jobing.com Arena and the draft non-competition and non-relocation agreement at about 1 p.m. Monday. The agreement would have Glendale pay roughly $300 million in arena management fees to a group led by former San Jose Sharks chief executive Greg Jamison and another $24 million in capital funding over the course of the 20-year deal.
