SCOTTSDALE – ORION Investment Real Estate is proud to announce the sale of the industrial warehouse building located at 15210 North 75th Street in Scottsdale for $2,100,000 ($145/SF). Built in 1994, and totaling 14,500 square feet, the property is centrally located in the Scottsdale Airpark. The Airport, and its surrounding Commerce Airpark, is Scottsdale’s only industrial-zoned area. The building is located approximately nine miles north of Scottsdale’s downtown area and near a plethora of world-class restaurants, hotels, resorts, and golf courses.
