ORION Represents Buyer and Seller in Phoenix Investment Sale

PHOENIX – ORION Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of a NNN investment, retail property Phoenix. The +/- 5,041 building sold for $975,000, or $193 per square foot. The property was leased to both Clear Channel (Billboard) and Godavari, a franchise with over 20 locations throughout the United States.
Nick Miner, CCIM, of ORION represented the Buyer in this transaction. Miner said, “My client was looking for a investment property with little, to no management with a good return.” The Buyer, Max Taylor, is a repeat client of Miner. “This is the second investment property I have helped them to purchase in the past couple of years.”
The Seller, Kolbold 9, LLC, was represented by Andrew Harrison, also of ORION Investment Real Estate.
