PAD LAND SITE SOLD FOR SELF STORAGE USE IN PHOENIX, AZ

PHOENIX, AZ – Nick Miner, CCIM & JT Taylor of ORION Investment Real Estate, reports selling the 1.6 acre land site on the southeast corner of 99th Avenue & Lower Buckeye Road. The property is located in the Shops at Country Corners development, for $895,000.00, or $12.91 per square foot.

Phoenix is the capital of the southwestern U.S. state of Arizona. Known for its year-round sun and warm temperatures, it anchors a sprawling, multicity metropolitan area known as the Valley of the Sun. It’s known for high-end spa resorts, Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses and vibrant nightclubs. Other highlights include the Desert Botanical Garden, displaying cacti and numerous native plants.

Nick Miner, CCIM, Senior Vice President at ORION commented, “This was a great opportunity for both the buyer and the seller. The seller was able to retain a portion of the land to build a water kiosk and the buyer is able to build a new self-storage property in a supply constrained market.”

Seller, AT Properties, LLC, was represented by Miner and Taylor of ORION Investment Real Estate.

Buyer, Storage Holdings Buckeye, LLC, was represented by Larry Kush of ORION Investment Real Estate.
