Vista Medial Group (VMG) is proud to announce the opening of their fourth clinic within the compounds of Apache ASL Trails on Apache Blvd., quarter mile east of Loop 101 in Tempe. Apache ASL Trails is housing complex for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Seniors and VMG is set to provide outpatient medical care to all of its residents and the local community of Tempe. VMG-Tempe will be a Deaf friendly clinic with most all employees proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) including their Nurse Practitioner.
The landlord’s agents, Nicholas L Miner, CCIM and David G Verwer, CCIM, of Commercial Properties, Inc. have been involved in this project for over 8 years. “We helped the developer identify the land in which to develop for this project. We are currently working with other prospective tenants and hope to have the property 100% preleased by the time the project opens.”
Patient care for VMG is of the utmost importance especially for this much underserved community. As a Primary Care clinic, VMG can provide urgent non-emergency medical services to the residents including Sick visits, Minor injury/accidents, Wound management, Sutures and Suture removals, Well Woman/Men Exams, PAPs, Vaccines, Yearly physicals, Disease management, and much more. In order to provide even more convenience, VMG plans to do blood draws right in clinic for the residents, other Deaf /Hard of Hearing patients, seniors and wheel-chair bound patients. For all imaging needs such as X-Rays, Mammograms, Ultra Sounds, MRI, etc., VMG will reach out to its long term service partner AZ-Tech Radiology. VMG plans to set up door to door transportation service for patients with imaging needs so that the residents can have comfort in knowing that their primary care health is taken care of from start to end.
VMG hopes to play pivotal role in meeting the health care needs of all their patients especially for this community for many years to come.
