BKM Capital Partners acquires $168M Valley industrial portfolio

Nearly 900,000 square feet of industrial space across more than 40 Phoenix-area buildings has been acquired in a $168 million transaction. Institutional investor BKM Capital Partners, which focuses on multi-tenant light industrial real estate, bought the Valley portfolio alongside Kayne Anderson Real Estate, according to a Sept. 10 announcement.
