I can tell you that all of the momentum that was started with finished developments and the under construction projects will be hurt by the lack of events. How much, it could be fairly substantial. Think about it for a moment. The Coyote’s are a NHL team that brings about 10,000 people to the stadium for games. The retail tenants rely heavily on these events to increase their sales. The city relies on the sales for taxes. The taxes further help with infrastructure around the stadium developments. Do you see a snow ball starting to speed up down the mountain?
